Authorization

I accept that by submitting my film, I authorize Arte Institute to make use of excerpts of the film for exhibition and publicity purposes related with NY Portuguese Short Film Festival; that Arte Institute will not be responsible for damage or loss due to mailing, use, view or exhibition of the film; that Arte Institute is nor responsible for complaints involving violations to copyright, trade mark, credits or patent rights related to the submitted films.
